For the purposes of this shipping and delivery policy:
“Licht” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" or "Licht clothing" or "Licht LLC" in this Agreement) refers to Licht LLC
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a Goods that you have purchased from Us.
- "Website” refers to Licht website, accessible from https://lichtclothing.com
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days (after processing the order) in transit for delivery.
The shipping time varies across goods based on the recipient's address. The estimated shipping time will be specified during checkout.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping method & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping cost: € 5.00
Shipping time: will be mentioned at checkout
Most of our orders will be using YUN express. Some of our orders will use a different courier partner. You will be notified of the courier partner used and will be provided a tracking number to track your parcel on its way.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Licht clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages during transit
Licht clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
